You would need to drop an email to support@??? stating that
the IP addresses concerned are no longer in use.

Those removing IP addresses should take care to both deconfigure the
address:

# ip address delete 85.119.8x.yz dev eth0

and remove it from the configuration of their operating system so it
isn't set up on next boot (/etc/network/interfaces or
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0:0 etc).
