Yes. New VPSes have been 64-bit for some years now. If your VPS is
currently 32-bit but you want to install the 64-bit version of an
operating system, you can use the "arch" command of the Xen Shell to
flip to 64-bit. When you then use the "install" command, the 64-bit
version will be selected.
