DNS zone transfers should be very quick; at most a few seconds. Also
most of the four addresses don't even return the SOA record (meaning
they have no concept of the zone at all), and then later they do
return something.

I can't communicate with 85.119.84.35 / 2001:ba8:1f1:f309::2 at all
now (100% packet loss).

It looks very broken.
