Those using SpamAssassin don't need to do anything by the way: it's
checking for TXT records in that blocklist and there won't be any so
it's not giving you false positives. Presumably when SpamCop (Cisco)
sorts it out it will start working again.

If you still want to disable use of it forever:

    score RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET 0


Of more concern are the people who's configured their mail servers
to reject mail on return of any A record, as they are now rejecting
all email.
