Where does it say that? I can't find that in my email or on the wiki

I know what you mean, but I feel I should stress: I don't plan to
change anything for existing customers. Customers will be able to
use a Xen Shell command to change to PVH mode *for themselves* and
then their guest either boots or it doesn't. According to my testing
a 4.19.x kernel or above works fine.
