Thanks to everyone who participated. I was actually really surprised
at the results: 23 vs 22 in favour of leaving as it is. I honestly
expected it to be a landslide in favour of adding a Reply-To.

Now, I could go through the list of votes and try to discard any
that come from people who've never actually posted here, but I can't
really be bothered with that. I consider it too close to call and
I'm not going to change this list's settings.

Because it's so evenly split though I don't feel I can totally
ignore the people who want Reply-To. I have therefore created a
second list,
https://lists.bitfolk.com/mailman/listinfo/users-replyto

All it does is pass along this list's mail and add a Reply-To header
pointing back at this list. It's a very hacky workaround to the fact
that Mailman has no per-user setting for this. If you can think of a
better way, let me know. There's probably a nicer way with Exim.

You will need to be subscribed to both lists in order to post (so
you'll probably want to set your subscription on "users" to not receive
mail, otherwise you'll get two copies).

Cheers,
Andy
