Hi Robert,

Thanks for writing this. My only nitpick is:

"Firewall"

It is worth mentioning that IPv6 firewalling is also required, or
IPv6 should be disabled. BitFolk VPSes (should) have IPv6 working
from their first boot, and some daemons will listen on it, e.g.
sshd.

I will try to cover that at some point if you don't get there first.
