Yes, it's so very irritating isn't it? The worst culprits also seem
to have the longest, most unreadable T's&C's to begin with as well.

Anyway, I forgot to mention another change:
All the acceptable use clauses relating to San Francisco-based
hosting were removed, because the last customer hosted there went
some time ago.
