The above has been done for all customers on obstler now (except for
those who either weren't eligible, or who already asked to
downgrade).

To get the increased RAM, first make sure that you can access your
xen shell console. Then shut down your VPS (*NOT* reboot), and boot
it again.

Next will be to see what I can do for customers on kahlua, kwak and
corona.
