Some questions that popped up:

Q. I've already paid until well past 2008-09, what happens?

A. There are no plans to shut down any service before its contract
is served out.

Q. Can I move my service to UK as soon as possible?

A. No. At the pricing proposed, the service will run at a loss in
UK. This offer is strictly for customers whose services are
active in San Francisco up until the last moment possible.
BitFolk will coordinate with you when the move will occur so that
you aren't left without service. You don't need to pay for the
year in advance until we are ready to move you.

Q. If I take up the offer to move my service to UK, does the extra
year start from the move date, or is it added on the end of the
existing contract?

A. It's added on to the end of your existing contract. Once we're
ready to move you, you pay for the year, you get moved to UK and
your contract length is extended by one year from the end of
whatever it was before. This is not likely to happen until some
time in September so if necessary you will need to keep renewing
your existing contract until we're ready.

Q. How long can I leave it before deciding if I want to take up the
offer of moving my service to UK?

A. It is difficult to predict how many people will take up the offer
and what the capacity will be like in UK at the time. This offer
is subject to availability.

If you make it clear that you intend to do this early on then
efforts will be made to reserve space for you, and you don't need
to pay immediately.

If you leave it until near the time when you will be unable to
renew again in San Francisco, then you do risk there not being
capacity immediately available.

Cheers,
Andy
