This took rather longer than I had hoped. I made a mistake in
configuration which meant that no VPSes could start with the first
boot, and then had some issues with the masterswitch which delayed
me doing the second reboot. All in all, things were down between
about 08.07 and 08.37 GMT.

Apologies for the extended downtime. I will be giving a day of free
service to all customers in SFO.

As usual with suspend/restore, be sure to check your system clocks /
ntp..
